A: You will need to upload the following supporting documents:
Government-issued Photo ID
2–3 most recent pay stubs
W2/1040 for most recent tax return
Any additional income verification (such as bank or savings statements)
(If applicable) Proof of rental history payments

A: No. All documents must be uploaded in PDF format only. Photos or screenshots will not be accepted.

Compliance with FARE Act
Prospective tenants acknowledge that under the FARE act, effective June 2025, tenants are not responsible for broker fees when the broker is engaged by the landlord. This Agreement pertains to services rendered by Broker at Tenant’s request, and tenant agrees to the fee outlined in Brokers Rental Agreement. Upon entering our website prospective tenants agree that they are hiring our brokerage as tenants agent and agree to pay any broker fee upon service of finding an apartment and negotiating a lease agreement.
